Reina Shehi, lecturer at Epoka University's Department of Political Science and International Relations, attended the conference on “Economy Today: The Interdisciplinary Approach to Contemporary Economic Challenges”, held in Lodz, Poland on 11th of March 2016, organized by  the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Lodz.

The conference aim was to discuss topics of economics in relation to finance, political science, business and sociology with distinguished participants from UK, Germany, Poland and seven other states.  Ms. Reina had a presentation on “Poverty, Relative Deprivation and Social exclusion of Roma Community in Albania” which was highly evaluated and will be part of an internationally recognized journal publication.
