Epoka University encourages its students to study abroad for a semester. Undergraduate and graduate students are welcome to apply to our study abroad programs. However, only a limited number of students take part in this program every year, because the selection process is fairly competitive.
Epoka University maintains a select portfolio of partner institutions for student exchange. A main principle of exchange programs is: as Epoka students you should be enrolled at Epoka and pay your regular tuition fee to Epoka. The institution you are nominated for (Host University) waives all tuition and registration fees but you are responsible for your travel, lodging and living expenses.
This fall semester 2015-2016 I am on an exchange program in Tallinn University of Technology in Estonia. The university is really good as well as the professors are very kind and well-prepared. I am really enjoying this experience with many international students and also many international professors. But I have to say that here I have evaluated even more Epoka University, in regard with the similarities that it has with TUT, making Epoka compete with very good Universities all over the world. Congratulations for that to all the staff who really works hard for that educational institution. I have had the chance to meet many international students but none of them told me that their home university offers whole programs in English like Epoka does, so I am very proud when I say to them that my home university is not only the Best in the whole region, but it also is special in its kind for offering all the programs in English, and it seems a little bit surprising to all.

For this fall semester, my university made possible for me to come in Turkey in an exchange program. And now after 3 months I can say that this program was worthwhile in every aspect. It is a great experience to be in a foreign country for such a long time. Being in a new environment, meeting new people and being in contact with different cultures and civilizations, this what Turkey offered to me during this months. I am in the last weeks of my exchange program at Fatih Unviverisity. The course programs here, are approximately the same like at Epoka University, and for this reason I did not have any difficulties with courses. Despite this, at Fatih University there are a lot of foreign students, so here I had the possibility to meet not only with Turkish people but also with students coming from other continents and culture. Speaking about Istanbul, I do not know where to start. Istanbul, the city that never rests. The city that is so old but so young at the same time. All its history and wonderful places enchant me. Despite this, also the people are very nice, warm and trying to make us feel home. In some point I see so many similarities between Albanians and Turks that sometimes I did not realize that I was not living in my country. I would like to conclude with gratitude for Epoka University that made possible my coming in Turkey. Also I would like to encourage all the students, that before graduating, to be part of such programs because it is a chance of its own. Shortly all these experience of mine would be defined like: Turkiye, seni seviyorum!
